"In July of 2010 I was introduced to Arlo Nugent of Hogue & Belong Realty when I decided to place a property I had jointly owned in Chino Hills on the market and look for a smaller property to purchase for myself. As the sale of my old home and the potential purchase of my new home progressed there were multiple obstacles that Arlo just took in his stride without hesitation. I was anxious to try to avoid an interim period when I may have needed to rent a property between selling and buying.

There were major challenges as the transactions came close to closing, caused mostly by the Chino Hills property buyers changing the way they wished to finance the purchase. These challenges at times threatened to derail the entire plan. This is where Arlo really excelled. He jumped right in, working with the Title Company by constantly calling and following up to ensure everything stayed on track. He really went the extra mile.
